Moises Castaneda Jr.
Moises works closely with homeowners throughout every stage of their roofing project from the initial inspection to the final completion. He is involved in coordinating materials, scheduling crews, and ensuring each project is completed with care and attention to detail.
Outside of work Moises enjoys traveling, serving in his local church, and spending time working alongside his family in different areas of the business including operations and accounting. Being part of a family run company has given him experience in many aspects of the business and a strong commitment to treating homeowners with honesty and care.
Sean Rodriguez
Sean has more than a decade of experience in the roofing industry and brings strong leadership and field knowledge to every project. Before joining Jireh Solutions he served for several years as a Regional Manager for a large roofing company where he oversaw crews and coordinated projects across multiple areas while maintaining high standards of quality.
At Jireh Solutions Sean works closely with homeowners throughout the entire roofing process helping guide each project from the initial inspection to the final completion while ensuring the work is completed professionally and efficiently.
About the Owner
With more than 20 years of experience in the roofing industry, the owner of Jireh Solutions has built his career from the ground up. He began working on roofing crews as a young laborer, gaining hands on experience with flat roofing systems before expanding into tile, copper, and slate roofing.
In 2003 he began focusing on asphalt shingle systems and spent several years specializing in roof repairs and inspections. In 2010 he became a subcontractor completing repair and installation projects for major companies while continuing to grow his experience across many roofing systems.
Today he leads Jireh Solutions with the same hands on knowledge and commitment to quality that shaped his career from the beginning.
Outside of the business he serves as a pastor in his local church and is a devoted husband and father of three. His faith and dedication to family guide the way he approaches both life and business, emphasizing honesty, service, and treating every homeowner with respect.
